Even though it's technically winter here, I felt like bringing in a little bit of paradise to my nails this week and playing with some of MoYou London's Tropical collection. I kind of figure that tropical places close to the equator don't really have winter anyway, so tropical is always in season!
I started off with two nails painted Lime Basil and two painted Unicorn. I find Unicorn kind of a pain to work with- it takes 3 coats and it is a really runny formula, but it's the only color I have like it in my collection so I deal with it. ;)
The toucans come from this MoYou London plate, as does the little 60-s inspired print, which is reminiscent of a feather pattern.
And the hibiscus print on my middle is from a different MoYou London plate, also from the tropical line, that features all these beautiful detailed florals.
...and just for good measure, how about an alternate Cindy mani? Because I didn't feel like making 8 decals, although I did love the toucans so much I went ahead and filled them in for Cindy:
The toucan on my middle finger is from the MoYou London Enchanted line. I think he would have looked good filled in, but that would have defeated the purpose of this mani, which was to be simple.
I love it! So happy and bright and not winter. :D
ReplyDeleteThank you! I love a little bit of sunshine in the winter time. :) It's been cloudy and rainy here so it was nice to have something sunny on my nails.
